FT-817ND for trade for FT-857D

I have a New FT-817ND Brought from HRO
at the end of January 2014. it had been on
the air one in Feb. to test it out made a 40
meter local contact (OR) and then used
again this past June 2014 for maybe 4-5
hour. I had no real antenna system that was
working. I made a 20 meter dipole but
because it was so close to the building all
the RF was sucked up. I am disabled and
cannot do a lot of the climbing etc. I need a
radio that can put out at least 75-100 watts
but still can run QRP Portable. at the time I
brought the 817ND I could not afford a FT-
857D and get a decent antenna that I could
put up and take down at my location. I
brought a Buddistick and got that in Feb.
thats how I was able to work the OR station.
I had gotten on the Buddipole Yahoo group
and Budd W3FF who is local to me came
up in June to help me figure out what my
problems were. It was my location my
House has a metal roof and I cannot get
anything up high enough. so this is why I
need a radio with a little more push. I have
gotten a slightly better location for my
buddistick and I have a longer painters pole
(16') i just got yesterday to get the antenna
above the roof. I now have a MFJ-949E
antenna tuner (Got that last month Used
from HRO too). So if anyone would like to
trade I am open. I have a soft case for it
and the Niffty cheat book plus a 9.8 Ah
Li-ion battery to go with it. I can be reached at
