Drake TR-4C, AC-4, MS-4 (Restored)

Beautifully restored, high serial number Drake TR4-C #42,453 and rebuilt MS-4/AC-4 w/ new filter capacitors, diodes, bleeders on glass-epoxy PCB (one of the AC-4 Rebuild kits) #55,681. Included is a very nice Shure 444D. The gear was already in excellent condition having sat unused in a closet of local ham for many years. I purchased to enjoy restoring it. Radio has new caps save for the 2 section electrolytic which tests fine w/ megger. Its been fully aligned and the PA properly neutralized. The WB4HFN mods to the PTO have been added along with his PTO service tips. I also added a small fan to the back of the PA compartment which pulls air up from the bottom, past the pin seals on the tubes and then out the back of the radio. Fan is quiet and is very effective, my having done the same to the Drake "C-Line" bought in 1975.
This is easily one of, if not the nicest TR4-C I've come across. Problem is, I'm not using it near as much as once imagined. $1100, shipped CONUS VIA UPS. 73, Chuck K8HU ex WA4HHG
