ICOM IC-761

$450.00 plus $50 shipping to the lower 48. Will refund any shipping left, will pay any extra if needed. Asking a lot for shipping because the radio weighs 39 pounds [its the internal AC power supply that makes it heavy.] Only accept payment via USPO Money Order. This is the first radio that I purchased when I received my license. It is a great radio. Great ears, transmitter, and audio. Ive moved to other radios and have procrastinated selling this radio for a year but now I need the space. All functions work, all knobs and switches work, tuner works, internal power supply works. Speaker audio is amazing. If I could keep anything, Id keep the speaker audio for my other radios. But the receiver and transmitter is no slouch. Im not the original owner but have the manual thats included. I sent it to the ICOM service center Oct 2011 for off-frequency transmit & receive. They replaced capacitors C78, C88, C97, and C107 they impact the PLL and, subsequently, frequency. Evidentially, a common IC-761 failure. Zero problems since then. ICOM noted power out exceeds 100 watts all bands. Receiver sensitivity exceed specifications. The sale includes radio, mic, power cord, and manual. If interested, I can be reached at nm0v <at> arrl.net
