I'd like to offer a QTH in Etowah county,
AL for sale. Google property taxes, enter
my name, WAGNER, CHRIS to see the
place. Taxes have been paid. A 5-figure
amount was spent on its remodeling!
The other MH at #50 County Ln, Rainbow
City, AL was burned down by old tenants
when grilling and going out. The lot alone
is under contract for $ 8 k.
I've a PM in town and am asking for the
list price of a Yaesu FT-9000 DX/MP, $
9,200. Can carry paper but want a high
down payment. No interest for a fellow
ham or a vet (like my late FIL who was in
the Air Force in Nam). ** Have other
regular SFHs for a bit more but new roofs
in neighboring Gadsden. The property tax
records will bring up addresses. And then
there's a 4-plex in San Bernardino county,
CA for 5-figure amount, upon request.
Hope there will be a ham out there who
needs a break. Back in 2001, I got such a
break when I bought a ranch on 5 acres in
Joshua Tree, CA. Back then, I only paid
the current list price of an IC-7851.
FYI, I bought 2 MHs from the same seller
at different times, then spent a lot on their
remodeling. Closing by a law firm, title
insurance is always necessary, as you
know! There is a PM in town and the place
has been rented. Asking price is about 2
years' rent. A divorce makes me want to
sell what I've got in AL and CA.
