Kenwood TM-721A

I have for sale my Kenwood TM-721A Dual Band mobile transceiver. It looks very good, with some minor light scratches on the side panels. It has a clean, bright, clear LED display. The mic cable is springy and retracts as it should. The radio is putting out about 10/40Watts on 144 MHz, and 10/30 Watts on 440 MHz. It comes in the original box, with the manual, mobile mounting bracket, MC-48B DTMF microphone, power cable, and also includes the service manual. The rig gets good reports on the local repeaters and on simplex.
It operates on 13.8VDC at 9.5 amps, and measures about 6x2x8 inches and weighs 4 lbs.

Features of the radio include:
Dual Watch receive
30 Memory channels
Multi-scan feature
CTCSS encode (the optional TSU- 6 module was available for decode.)
Cross-Band repeater capability (instructions are provided)
Extended receive range of 138-174 MHz and 438-450 MHz
Priority Alert
Squelch and audio gain controls for both bands
Audio balance control to select relative volume of each band being monitored.
More photos are available; I can only post one here.

$175.00 shipped CONUS. PayPal preferred, but I will ship upon clearance of a bank check or Postal Money Order. Open to reasonable offers.
