PA-23cm 1296 60w Amplifier by DF1SR

Selling a PA 23cm 1296 Linear
Amplifier module produced by
DF1SR in 2015. They sold many of
these on eBay. It uses an NXP /
Ampleon BLF6G15L-40BRN Power
LDMOS transistor (Google it). He
obtained some commercial surplus
equipment and cut out the Final
RF Stage and re-mounted it in a
small box with SMA connectors.
There is also a bias control
circuit added.

This device is rated for 40 Watts
RF Output at ~ 20 dB of gain.

DF1SR says that you can get as
much as 60 Watts out with one
watt of drive. I suggest you
hold it down to 40 Watts output.

Do not overdrive this amp, use a
fixed attenuator if there is a
possibility of over-driving.

No T/R relay or control circuits
- roll your own.
Needs a substantial heatsink!

Requires 24-28 Volts DC at 3.5
Amps.

Keyed PTT voltage is +7 and +15
volts.

I have not applied DC power or RF
to this device. It is as I
received it from the original
eBay purchase.

Detailed pictures available.

$50, plus $6.80 Priority Mail to
USA. PayPal accepted.
