MFJ-8621 VHF Data Radio

For sale is an MFJ-8621 VHF Data Radio with interface cable. Currently, it has a crystal for 144.39 so it's all ready for APRS duty. It's been in storage for a while so I just tested it on the air and it works well. Cosmetically, from the pictures, you can see there are some scratches and wear. The back panel has some numbers etched into the chassis. The included interface cable is wired for use with a Kantronics KPC-3 or KPC-3 Plus but the 5-pin DIN style connecter will prove invaluable if you need to wire up a cable for another TNC. While not shown in any of the images below, a coaxial power connector with six feet of unterminated wire is included. Simply connect to your own power supply.
