Wanted:Popular Electronics Magazines

Looking for a couple of magazines. I believe that they were Popular Electronics in the late 60's or early 70's. They featured "The Forgotten Band Transmitter" & "The Forgotten Band Receiver". They were published in sequential months & I believe that the transmitter was the cover picture for that month. These articles described LF tube-type TX & RX units. Wanted to build them as a teenager, had no money. Now I have money, no magazines. Anyone out there with info?

I need to amass some money to make sure that I can get another house to rent for my wife and kids. They come first, so my ham radio stuff must go. Elementary Industrial Electronics is a 371 page antique book published during 1948 by William Wellman Co-Chairman of the radio department at George Westinghouse Vocational High School. Besides being considered a true piece of history, this book touches bases on various aspects of older electronics technology. For example, this book discusses elementary concepts of alternating and direct current fundamentals. Most importantly, this book covers vacuum tube theory excessively. Book discusses gas filled tubes, Kenotrons, half-wave, full-wave, and bridge power supplies. In addition, book proves numerous electronic symbols and terms. Different types of amplifiers are explained in the book which uses electron tubes. Book also covers motors, generators, and photo-electric devices. This book is in excellent condition for the age; therefore, I am asking $5.75 for the book shipped.

Electric Circuits for Engineering Book This is a 762 page electronics book that provides an extensive amount of information pertaining to basic electrical quantities and relationships, such as voltage and current. Then, proceeds to DC circuit theory such as; series, parallel, series-parallel, and network analysis. Part there of this textbook provides insight on; capacitive, inductive, and RCL circuits. Part 4 of this book explains waveforms, information pertaining to phases and phasors, resonant circuits, AC networks, and coupled circuits.
