Tampa Bay ham home for sale

Hello, I have for sale a ham home in Tampa Bay, Florida. At the moment this has only been posted here and nowhere else yet as I would like to sell it to an active ham first. The home is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage with 1900 sq. ft heated area and 2400 sq. ft total. Theres a living room, family room and dining area. It also has a huge back yard with a 15x32 swimming pool. There's a large oak tree which gives great amount of shade, and can be used to hang an additional dipole. The kitchen was remodeled in 2003 and expanded in 2007. A new roof was put in 2004. 2 bathrooms were renovated in 2007. The home has a dedicated ham shack. It has 240V connection for an amplifier, and a large metal school desk for radios. The back yard has a 50 ft. Aluma T150 tower, which is a 2 section collapsable tower. It has a winch for collapsing to 25 feet, and another winch for tilt-over. I can take this tower down by myself in about 20 minutes with no help, and put it back up as well. It currently has a Cushcraft X7 tri-band HF with Yaesu G-1000DXA rotator, , an M2 5 element 6 meter antenna, a Comet GP9 vertical dual-band, and a G5RV multiband wire dipole.
