Thanks Ray,

Now if I can just work him.  He was on a couple of mornings ago but by the time I got
home he was gone.  Now if I didn't need Libya they would be all over the bands begging for
contacts.   Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

heard him for the first time today now to work him but its a start.  he was 559 here

He came on this morning about 0700 to 0800Z  on 20CW.   Then on again at 1500Z when I had
propagation.  The only problem for me was he went to RTTY, ouch I don't do RTTY.  It looks like
I had better get my act together with RTTY.   
This isn't the first new one I could have had a chance to work with RTTY.   Tongue Tongue Tongue

Yes, it certainly helps to operate all modes the DX does.  Hearing someone say they are going to do something is often a golden opportunity, as the skilled DXer can get there before the cluster watchers.
