How's this for terrific customer service?

I sent an e-mail on the afternoon of Christmas Eve (Sunday, 12/24/17) to Jim Burns at Alpha Delta that I needed a replacement knob for a Delta-4B coax switch.

I received a response from Jim on the evening of New Year's Day (Monday, 1/1/18) that he would have one sent to me.

I received an e-mail the following day (Tuesday, 1/2/18) with a UPS tracking number for a package being sent two-day delivery -- which would have gotten to me on Thursday, January 4th.

However, that was the day of a blizzard that paralyzed the entire East Coast, and with a weekend also intervening, delivery was delayed until today -- Monday, January 8, 2018

So -- just 15 days from request to receipt ... including two holidays, a weekend and a two-day snow storm delay.

And NO CHARGE!


Can't do any better than that.  Cheesy
