This storm may be excellent for a big tropo opening from Canada to Florida and beyond.

Ir reminds me of the one in 92 where I set a 432 record with 35W that still stands.

Carl, it never materialized I was on 6 thru 432. We had similar condx that you describe in 1996 about this time other the year.
I did manage to make some nice 2 and 222mHz meteor scatter contacts though but that was due to the Quads shower.
I worked Bob K2DRH in EN41 on 222.
