The 813 filament can be depleted if emissions are pushed too hard.  Running just the filaments for ten minutes will restore the tube.

Thanks for all the good information...I got new 572B tubes installed in my Heathkit SB 200 and thanks to your help, did so with no problems...they work great!  Thanks again!
