Anyone here have any experience with any of the recent Anans receiving outside the ham bands?

In particular, how are they on the AM MW band? Lots of ham rigs tend to be relatively deaf in that band. My Flex-6000 rig is disappointing in that regard and I’m looking for something to be both a backup rig and be a good performer for BCB and SW band listening, which I do a lot of.

I would say if you have the antenna's and turn off the preselector band pass , you should enjoy all the am radio you can stand. I have used mine extensively . The Am broadcast bands 900 miles away for
stuff you listen too in the care works well.
