Yesterday we tried using Hamspots on a friend's computer (Win XP) and could not log-in
or do anything with it.  I'm wondering if Win XP might be too old/not current enough to
run Hamspots.  73 Sam W8VVE

You should not be using Win XP.  Support ended for that OS back in 2014 and Microsoft no longer provides security updates.  Your computer will be vulnerable to attacks and should not be connected to the Internet.  It's time to upgrade to a newer OS.  -Joe N3HEE
