  Learn Morse next.
  You won't ever regret making the extra effort.
  A1 is just about the most flexible, simple to use and most reliable mode.
  At Technician class you already have most of the HF amateur frequencies at your finger tips with A1 mode.

  Had a 40m CW QSO a few yrs ago with a new Technician licensee in West Virginia.
  He told me in order for him to talk with anyone from his QTH he had to learn and use Morse.
  The reason being, there were no repeaters nearby for him to use.
  BTW, he sent and received quite well for a new op!
