I use psk31 , software is Digipan with signal link to a laptop using windows 7 , ans all of a sudden I cant get it to transmit. receive is fine, any help appreciated

Well,I tried another laptop that I had and everything woks fine now... I assume the com-port in the first one is bad

Check the audio mixer drive to the Signalink.  If it's too low, it won't transmit.  Adjust the drive to the transmitter using the level control on the Signalink.
