Does anyone know if the drivers used for the generic RTL/DVI-B type dongle are the same as for the FunCube Pro/Pro+ dongle?  I found a project on the internet that was built around the generic dongle, and am wondering how much work it'd take to use a FunCube instead (for better reception quality).  Would it be just unplug one and then plug in the other?  Or more involved than that?

More involved than that.  The two are not interchangeable.  Funcube has a built-in sound card function and outputs I and Q signals for decoding by the software.  My RTL-SDR dongle is quite different - doesn't have the sound card function.  No info other than that.

Thanks!  That's exactly the info I needed.
