OK...... here I am.

Kept the ProIII and PS. Looking at the MFJ mag loops and/or the little Comet CHA250B.  Either will serve the
purpose, I just want/need to not be the a$$ down the street who is screwing up folk's TV.   ALL of us here are close together and
on
either Dish or Direct TV, and internet is wireless as well.  little dishes and license plate sized antennas everywhere. May
be a bitch to not interfer..Yep, I  know, third world country situation. (Santee, SC).
but......The Amp is gone, so will be barefoot all the time.

My back yard/patio is enclosed by privacy fence which helps keep prying eyes out. hi hi Just real concerned about
bothering anyone.

MIssed U guys Grin

Gene,
I'm really glad you decided to adapt your ham activities to your new QTH.  One of the guys in our local DX club moved recently to a high-rise apartment with a balcony.  He tried the MFJ "Cobweb" antenna, but it got wrecked by winds, so he is now using a horizontally mounted MFJ loop with some success.  He doesn't expect to work North Korea or Scarborough Reef with his new setup, but he can still have some fun, and I hope that you do too.

WAsn't there another thread kinda like this one?

"Got a new neighbor on street goodbye Antennas"

Oh wait, that was whimsical, this thread is for real...sorry....LOL
Wish you the best.  Try a hustler mag mount on a patio table?  Attic dipole perhaps?  EFHW?
