Imagine Michelangelo's David with a toga draped over it, or Botticelli's Birth of Venus with a drape across the lower half. Imagine covering the bottom half of your bathroom mirror so you are not offended.  Ah, well, there are always some.

That photo was so small, so incidental and so irrelevant to the message that it was trivial.  Trivial in the eyes of the typical observer and trivial even by the strictest legal definition. It was not the focus point. It did not appeal to prurient interests.

The author should (i) starch his wide white collar, adjust his black robes, reset his Oliver Cromwell hat and take a deep breath. Then I think he should teach his 6-year old more about radios so that next time the youngster will look at what is truly interesting in the picture - the radios! (that's because I missed the picture).
