I think that captures the essential distinction.. you can sell at -X dBc, but that, in and of itself, doesn't make it OK to do.

Sounds to me there are several individuals here that should volunteer to be OO's and help some the issues here and not complain about the ones that are doing the best that they can with the resources they are given.
