I've finally gotten my extra class license but I want to know more when it comes to building and fixing equipment.  I was just wandering if the arrl handbook is the best book I could get for learning more about tuners, amplifiers, etc.  And if it is would the older books have more info on that type of stuff?

Thanks, Nathan (KD5KQK)

I usually buy an ARRL Handbook about every three years. I also get the RSGB Communications Handbook as well. Between those two books, almost any question you have should be answered or point you in the right direction.
