The Band Data connections will do nothing for the FL2100Z -- the amplifier has no place to connect this.  The Band Data interface only works with Yaesu amplifiers made after 1989.  The FL2100Z pre-dates this by several years.

To key the amplifier, you connect to Pin 6 of that jack (AMP KEY) and ground.  However, the FL2100Z pushes the limit of the internal AMP KEY switch, and it was recommended by Yaesu that anyone using the FT747GX with an FL2100Z also use the (optional) Yaesu FRB-757 Relay Box, connected between the rig and the amplifier.

If you cannot find an FRB-757, you can build one, or buy the Ameritron ARB-702Y keying interface, which provides the same function as the FRB-757.
