I certainly have.  They're fine.

Because lack of planning on my part becomes an emergency on my vendor's part, I always check to be sure the dealer has whatever I want IN STOCK for immediate shipment.  When I've dealt with T-T, I've always asked that question, and as far as I can tell, I've always received an honest answer.

They ship same day or next day, and send an e-mail to confirm shipment along with the tracking number.

I don't know what else can be expected of a dealer.

I've dealt with them on numerous occasions. They've always been helpful and usually have what I've wanted.  As WB2WIK wrote, be sure to check for availability before you committ to ordering from anyone.  Many dealers are somewhat silent in this regard.

I have ordered from them once and have also visited their facility in Texas. A nicer more knowledgeable bunch of guys won't be found anywhere. It has been some time since I did that but I would surprised if there has been any change in their attitude or knowledge level. Good luck. Buy with confidence.

I have had good luck with them...even for relatively small orders.  It's hard to beat their prices.  Like Steve said, they bailed me out a couple of times when MY advance planning left something to be desired.

I bought an antenna from them at a much better price than the manufacturer wanted. No problems.

I've had good experience with T-T.  Always quite satisfied with quality and speed of delivery.  Prices are quite good also.  Once, they were out of stock on a module for a Kenwood radio, they made arrangements for me to pick it up at the Kenwood Warehouse the next day!  (Of course, I live only a few miles from the Warehouse.  Your mileage may vary!)  (And there was no shipping charge that way!)
