i am a newby here but hope someone can help i need a 3 leg transistor or i think it is, it has a t092 form but intead of being semi  circular it is rectangular with 2 rounded corners i think zetex make it but they are being very very unhelpful .tia

i have searched on net but can not find a cross reference anywhere

I have a 2001 Zetex book here.  They don't have FST
numbers but they do list FZT prefixes.  However, FZT837
isn't listed.

Hmm...  I think someone else makes the FST-prefix parts.
Don't think it is Fairchild, but I'll look around and see
if I can find out.  There are only a few FST parts listed
in the NTE cross-reference, which normally would be the
first place to look.
