Is this a good Community Service Project

The page below is a community service project that after many trial and errors, I have finally constructed the rest of it. however I still need ideas from normal people. Please if you have any suggestions do so.

There is one pop-up as you go to the page; that's about it!

First, you need to take a course in webpage design. Your color choices are really bad! Then, spell check your text.

Web pages are the new substitute for repeaters - everyone thinks you are incomplete if you don't have one. Doesn't have to serve any real purpose as long as it is "on the air" and you can brag that you have one.

I don't don't mean to sound unkind, but other than honoring your grandmothers, what real purpose does your site serve?
