True, we DO have an allocation at 30 Meters, but it does NOT include 10.000 MHz.
    30 Meter Amateur allocations, if authorized in individual countries, start at 10.1000 MHz.  Many radios (but not all) will set the "band edge" at 10.1000 MHz.
