Do you have a 60's vintage call sing book ?
If so would you fax the page that shows  K1GOI to (978)897-7146.
If so thanks in advance, my father K1GOI needs the record for his VE.

If you haven't gotten any response, try contacting the Quarter Century Wireless Association.  They do have a website.

Try posting this in the licensing forum also.

I am guessing that you are looking to prove that he was a pre-1987 Technician to get the paper upgrade to General.

If so, it doesn't have to be a 1960 Call Book.  It can be any call book showing a Technician license prior to April of 1987.

Most knowledgeable VE teams would agree that the QRZ listing from the 1993 database would satisfy the requirement for Element 3 credit .He should ask his specific VE team if they'll accept it .(See the link below .)If not , contact Steve , W3HF (I don't have his link stored here , but he's easy to find ) for Callbook page copies .
