I am considering a few options for a dual band mobile antenna for my new 2-door Blazer. But I'm not sure what the best way to go is. Any suggestions based on this information?

1. Mount antenna (SBB-5) on driver's side fender with an L-bracket with NMO hole.

2. Mount on roof rack with hinge-over.

3. Drill NMO hole on top of the plastic side trim cover for the rear bumper (nice flat space but pretty low).

4. Did I mention I have to park in a garage at work with clearance of 7 feet? Top of roof rack is 6 feet.

5. Will I have RF/Interference problems by running the coax through the engine compartment in the front or so close to the fuel pump in the rear?

Suggestions?
