All,

I just got a Kenwood TM-D700A and I want to interface a NMEA 0183 compliant GPS board to it.  Does anyone know if I can take the output directly into the GPS port on the TM-D700A, or will I have to run the output through a MAX232 level conversion chip to convert the TTL levels to RS-232?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Mike
