Looking for install methods or ideas  used on a 1/2 ton open box pickup truck for this model of antenna. What have others tried and is this product "mobile" robust in the real world.

look up my call sign on www.qrz.com i am n2xnb. this is how i have my 6 meter loop mounted. i have done it 2 ways. one is get the ho loop 54 inch rod to get the loop away from the body of the truck and it must be mounted higher them the roof as rf feedback gets into everything for my if you dont. i have mine maybe 2 foot higher then the roof mounted in the farthest back corner of my truck. i also have one mounted  currently on a 2x2 inch frame i made into my truck as seen one qrz.com. both work well the wood frame holds it better though. this is indeed the best way ive found to run it and i have worked many a station that has complimented me on my set up. good luck. n2xnb@yahoo.com
