Just ordered a new V 8000 but one thing I'm not sure of is what mic comes with it. There's 3 versions.
Anyone know ? I can't get ahold of the dealer until Monday. I think (hope) its not the plain mic that's not back lit.
Thanks.

If you go to Icom's site and look up the model number, and then the specs, it'll tell you which one comes with it. BTW, it's the cheapest one; no frills!

The last Icom V8000 that I bought came with the H-133 Mic.  The fancy one that the 706MK comes with.  Smiley

If you are talking about the Icom IC-V8000 U.S. version, it comes with the HM-133V.  It's the one with remote control functions.  Virtually every feature on the front panel can be adjusted with this microphone.
