Obviously those Wendy's and McD's are not in my area.

What, you've never backed through the drive through?

It confuses everybody. Heh, heh.

Slightly off-topic, but when I was mobile in the mid 80's, with the Hustler resonators, I located the antenna in the middle of the back bumper, not the left or right rear corner. Why on the corners?

Sometimes one doesn't have the option of avoiding fast food.

Sometimes one doesn't have the luxury of time to walk in. Or wait long.

Sometimes the bank ATM is located under a drive through overhang, and I'd rather NOT leave my vehicle at night for security purposes. Staying in my vehicle running, I can stomp on the gas and get out of trouble. (this would also prevent me having to shoot somebody trying to assault me)

The few times I pull into a Mickey D'd drive up, there are usually 10-12 cars in line. I find it earier to park, run inside, place my order and get back to car. All in time to see that only about 5 or 6 cars have moved in that line.  I burned some calories and got my food faster than the "front seat potatos" in line !  Some of them looked like they needed to grease the doorway to get in front seat.

Really happen. There is a comedian that drove up to a drive thru window, wearing dark sunglasses and holding a cane . He bangs on the window and asked the server for a menu in braille, she says they don't have one, but offers to give him one with pictures on it . Ok, I used spell check on 'braille", no offense met to blind people , just pointing out brain level of some people. Is this ok lon, can I come in now, its hard to sleep in doghouse. by the way, can you spell braille correctly without looking it up ?   . Thanks again to others that answered my questians about metal detectors, ect without sarcasime. The majority are great out hams out there. oh, on subway, park the car, and check out the meatball sandwitch  great. kg4ymc  christian, gun owner, paid off mortgage, pro life, homeland security  list suspect , tea bag party supporter and oh ham by the way .
