Hey guys. Just joined here and need some help. I just bought a used PRO-26 scanner and it needs a little work. I need a TC74HC4094AF (EL). I don't really know what the (EL) is supposed to signify, but that is the way RS had it listed at their site. I tried calling them, but they say this part is discontinued thru them. I searched thru google, but all I found was this chip in quantity amounts, and I don't need 1000 of them. I figured you guys had a good site to buy components and would appreciate it if you could put me on the right track. Also, if you happen to have a copy of the owner's or service manual for this, I would appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks.

Jameco, JDR Microdevices, Digi-Key, Mouser Electronics, for starters.  Each has an on-line catalog, sell parts in single unit quantities, and have a reasonable minimum order, if any.
