Have a Kaito 1101 SW RX that simply won't charge the batteries.  Any known problems with these Kaito radios or Kaito specific websites for technical issues?

Thanks

After talking to the company, its a software error that if the batteries average a charge of less than .8 volts each, the charger assumes a bad battery and will not charge.  The batteries must be charged elsewhere to above .8V then put back in the radio for normal charging.  It worked.  This may apply to other Kaito radios with NiMH batteries with an internal charger in the radio.
