Couldn't agree more, Gary.  Bought three disks for three different Icoms here in the shack, including the IC-92AD, which requires a slight bit of cable adapting.  The lady I spoke with was delightful and a great help.  Also, for quite a while, Icom was stuck in 32-bit programming software for some reason.  RT Systems did a nice job of filling in right away so we could use our modern computers.

So.....can only report on my lower-right-hand corner of the big picture, but I had nothing but a good experience with them.

Best,

That is one of the funnier lines I have heard in quite a while ... May I use it? Got a presentation Tuesday in Pasadena, CA, and have a great place for it ...

Thanks!

Recently I upgraded to Windows 8 and had a problem with driving the programming cable for my HT.  Called them, and they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked.  I sent the original back to them.  My dealings with them have always been terrific.
