Currently I am running my station with a very old Azden PCS-4000. It's helping me do quite well with what I'm doing but I'd really like to upgrade my station to something MUCH more new.

I only have a technician ticket which somewhat prevents me from doing too many things (although I am working on getting my general).

What I'm looking for is a quality piece of mobile equipment (preferably new) that can handle 2m and is a dual bander. A nice plus would also be 6m or 440. I'm looking for something that costs no more $300 (yes, I know, VERY limited).

Thanks.

Check out the Kenwood TM-G707A
$270 at Gigaparts.com.  Last time I ordered from them, I saw that $200 or more in your purchase gets free shipping too.
