I have a chance to pick up a ICOM IC-751A which does not have a power supply.  I've done some research and have seen some good reviews for the Astron RS-35M power supply.  Any ideas on this is appreciated.

Been around for 30 years, solid product, well priced.  My first RS-35M is from about 1977 and still working fine.

I bought an RS-35M off of a fellow ham for $75. Works FB! You might pay a little higher than that though. ;-)

Good choice. The Astron supplies are a standard fixture around many ham shacks. Using a 35A peak supply for a 20A radio is good system design practice.

Ditto. Good supply. You can't go wrong.

Plenty of reserve power, Astron seems to be just about everyones favorite regulated supply.  I've got two regulated supplies, 7 and 50 amps, plus one new 25 amp switcher for field use.

you can get them lighter but they sure seem to last a good long time for the price.  And they are not flashy.

It's about as close to the one item almost everyone will agree on as it gets in this hobby.
