I agree with all the comments here about Radio-Mart.  VERY deceptive!  I purchased an rig from him and it was not in the shape he stated.  Will never do business with him again.  Wish I found this post prior to my purchase.  Now I have a radio that I paid top dollar for that needs repair.......

Radio Mart issued me a full refund on item where I was not happy - and was very professional. I would have to give them an A+ in customer service.....and they do have a lot of hard to find items.....See for yourself, They did me good.

NYTESKYY The question is if this listing is actually from you, why have you not gave or received positive feedback in reference to this item?

Or is this Good Guy report being put on here by the guy that is not a Good Guy??

I purchased an item from Radio-Mart.  An Icom 4KL amplifier.  One Owner from New and Perfect. His listing stated that insurance was available.  I bid on it with that in mind.  After winning the 4KL I received the offer to buy the insurance from Radio-Mart through Ebay.  I did buy it as I had planned. The insurance company shortly there after cancelled the insurance as the 4KL was to old and they said they would notify the Seller (Radio-Mart) of the same.  I tried many times to get him to give a partial refund since it did not have the insurance available as his listing stated.  He refused to do so.  I then found it had a problem that I notified him of through ebay.  He did not respond. I had my Credit Card Company and Pay Pal handle the matter.  I am glad he did not give me a partial refund as I later received my first OO Official Observer Report of being out of band.  It was a harmonic in the 27 MHZ area from transmitting on 75 meters. I am glad I did not end up keeping the Icom 4KL. He made NUMEROUS CHILDESS THREATS. One of which was that he had a friend on my local Police Department and he was going to have him get me. He was then going to have it picked up but did not have the DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED, or that he would have to sign for it.  I finally did get the right kind of pick up after again notifying Pay Pal.  It turns out the address it was going to was a RESIDENCE, where it would not have to be signed for if it did not have the DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
The address is:
Martin Allison
Radio Mart
132 Prater Drive
Georgetown, Kentucky 40324

He gave me Negative Feed Back and that I was the Worst Con Man and he had lost $3500.00.

He had received the Icom 4KL back.  He has relisted it.  Listed as One Owner from New and in Perfect condition.  (I WAS AT LEAST THE SECOND OWNER) His listing states the pictures are of the actual unit.  The pictures are the same as when listed when I bought it, just rearranged a little different.  I have saved both the first and second listing completely with all Pictures.  He removed the Pictures from the first Listing. I have also saved all messages from him.

I was certainly glad that I did not get stuck with the purchase from him.  I certainly will never make another one from him.

If the last sale of the Icom 4KL was an legitimate one and not just some scam sale.  I hope the buyer will find out what he has and get his money back.

He has had so many problems with sales that he knows the In's and Out's of what can be done on Ebay.

Everyone should get their complaints to Pay Pal and Ebay about this guy.

Yes, I am just an individual, why are you attacking me? Because I got a refund for a defective product? I have a couple emails for you but cannot find your email address anywhere -

On the Icom 4KL, With the help of my Credit Card and Pay Pal - I did get every penny back and it was picked up.  I sure did waste a lot of time with this Con Artist though.

But he found another SUCKER to UNLOAD IT ON.

Since I was the BUYER, I expect feedback be left for me first - I prefer the buyer get feedback from the seller about how fast they paid, or how they at least paid in a timely manner, and then the buyer leaves feedback about the product, shipping, or final results of teh transactions. As soon as I notice RadioMart has left feedback for me as the buyer, I will leave my feedback for them as a seller. I have nothing bad to say in this transaction though. I got an item, and yes, I was not impressed, and even a bit angry. I contacted RadioMart, and he said send it back for a full refund, including shipping. I would have been much happier with the PERFECT item I thought I was getting, of course, but at least everything worked out fine in the end ( for me, anyway). I can see all the stories on here, but my experience was not exactly like the rest. Yes, I was unhappy, and yes, I got a full refund. Just because I haven't left feedback you jump the gun and start rumors and fishin' stories...that's just not right. No, I am not mad, angry, or upset....I just don't understand why the conclusions were assumed before the facts were in - Facts before fiction, please - I am an honest person, and I buy and sell on ebay, like millions of others. We all have different experiences with different buyers and sellers - if you handle yourself with manners and professionally, it will all work out in the end Smiley Take Care and 73's

I was looking at a late model Yaesu FT-707 xcvr being offered by Radiomart on eBay. I had used one of these radios at a field day many moons ago and decided I would like to have one. This FT-707 was listed under auction #250155856281.  The auction ended with a winning bidder. Not five days later the same "dealer" had another FT-707 listed under a new eBay auction of #250158176943. The photos in both of these auctions was identical right down to the dust marks pattern on the heatsinks. There was no mention if this radio's alleged previous high bidder from the earlier completed auction had not paid, or if this radio was being re-listed. This raised a big red flag in my mind. After doing a search on Radiomart on this board and elsewhere, I am glad that I never decided to place a bid on the same, or anything else listed as 'oh such a sweet deal' by Radiomart. This guy's eBay listings reminds me of the sterotypical sleazy corner used car dealer.

I purchased a used Yaesu FT-1000MP from Radio Mart via Ebay. The item was described in excellent condition.
The radio was well used and cosmetically in poor condition. The Package was very very bad so that the Radio has a broken Front-Cover on the Left side.
He discribed that a TXCO-6 is included.Nothing inside.
The Orginal Filter 2,4Khz was also not in Place.
At last the Radio will not work in SSB-Modes and CW.Only in FM and AM.
Sorry ,he is a cr....l ,Take many care ,dont buy something from Radio-Mart.He can believe that i will do everething that this have a end.
No he has a FT1000MP with the same Pictures by ebay.
I`m not ready with Martyn yet ,the next part of the Story will be postet.

He still doesn't set reserves and he is still bidding the price up under private names. I bid on a radio last week and was continually outbid until the price just got through the roof. The same radio, description, pictures and all was up for bid the day after the original bidding closed. I guess I didn't bid high enough for this thug. Beware Radio-Mart!!
