Well, that depends on what you consider "good"

I've been using the latest version of FT Basic which you can get here:
http://www.g4hfq.co.uk/ftbasic.htmlIt's not freeware, but it's not expensive. It has the ability to read and write to all of the FT-897's memories and can control the rig as well. If you have the CT-62 CAT cable from Yaesu and this program, you're all set.
Not flashy, but very solid with a good feature base.
