Is there any possible way to revive a deleted avi file with out using a recovery software? I used one and it didn't recover it!

In some cases, the damage to a file is so great/critical that recovery is not possible at all.  As far as a manual recovery, not possible.

Recovery HAS to tried before you WRITE anything to the drive since the new data may overwrite part of the file you want to salvage. You will need to have a software program to recover it if it is still uncorrupted.
