Check http://www.n9nu.net/linux/linux.php
Seems to be the ham Linux "Guru". Also N9NU has a link on his page for an IRC channel where they discuss ham Linux applications.

The best place to look for Amateur Radio Linux software is either SourceForge, or at http://radio.linux.org.au/
