I am looking for a 1955ish US Call Book. I am trying to find my deceased grand fathers call sign. If there is anyone that can help me find it, or would be willing to loan the book to me for a week or so, so I could find it I would be most appreciative. Scott KE6MGW

Given that the Callbook is arranged to look up by callsign, and not by name , it may take you more than a week. If you have access, old family pictures showing his station or vehicle may give a clue , or contact a club in the area where he lived, and one of the old-timers may remember him. The "Old Old-Timer's Club" lists past and present members on their website . You can look them up by name .
