Thanks, Tom. I made the text converter only, the easy part  Smiley    If I get a wild hair maybe I'll improve it by automatically getting some current news text to choose from in addition to using your own text. Thanks again.

Thanks Geoff, mighty FB.

I just tried it and it does the trick. I slowed down the 'text to speech' link as slow as the voice would go.
I can already tell I'm not much better at carrying the thought thru to the end using speech (as opposed to code).
