I have been using an mfj econo keyer with my kenwood ts-180 and the dits are on the left paddle and the dahs are on the right paddle.I recently purchased an ft-950. When I plugged my paddle into the 950's built in keyer the dits and dahs are backwords so i had to change the connections on the paddle so that it would work correctly with the 950. I wanted to be able to use the kenwood as a backup rig without having to rewire the paddles when going from one rig to he other. My question is, is there any way to change the configuration of the 950 or the econo keyer so they are the same?

Check the FT-950 menu 038 which sets paddle wiring to Normal or Reverse.
