Look for a used Icom AT-100, 150 to 300 USD or the AT-500, 300 to 500 USD.

Check out a used AH-2.  Nice tuner, different interface from AH-4 but similar.  Will une a 'long wire" or hook up coax to HOT terminal and ground.  Use a balun and ladder-line to a dipole or extended "ZEPP".  Great combination.

Hello
I use a MFJ-993 IntelliTuner with my IC-751A and other radios in my shack including a Fun oldie SB-101 Heathkit and it works fine for me. If you are trying to tune a random wire antenna an AH-2 tuner mounted outside near the antenna will cut down your losses. With any antenna tuner you have the convenience of operating everywhere but your Coax losses goes up and efficiency goes goes down. Use a multiband designed antenna with a tuner G5RV or ARRL Loop Skywire and keep that Coax run short. I use the ARRL Loop Skywire antenna with my MFJ-993. I hope that helps.
