Radio Manufacturing Engineering (RME model 43 manual and current value wanted

I have a neighbor that just passed away, and his son asked me to try to sell his father's RME-43 amateur radio receiver for him. It is in excellent condition, works, and comes with a separate matching loudspeaker cabinet, which is also in excellent condition. So far, researching this model online for a copy of its operator's manual and current resale value have not been very productive. The best I could do was find a reprint online of an RME-45 model. Do any hams out there have any info to give me about what I should expect to be able to sell this radio for Jim's son, Steven? The RME-45 is just a slightly re-packaged RME-43.
Fully restored, someone might pay $200 to $300 for both items.
Unrestored (all original caps, resistors, tubes) maybe $100 to $150.
A lot depends on what of type of customers your local swap meet attracts.

Thanks for your response! Upon closer inspection with my poor eyesight, during cleaning up the RME, I have determined that it is in fact, a model RME-45, not an RME-43, like my club members advised me. I think they better go to an optometrist, and get new specs! Thanks for your monetary evaluation, too. It sounds a lot lower than the seller would like to get. I already turned down a $200.00 as is offer, when I took it to the last local ham swap. I fired it up for the first time in decades, through a Variac. It flickered on and off for the first minute or so, but then it started taking through the matching speaker, no problem!
