It's time to build a toroid choke for my 40 and 80 meter vert.

For some reason, I can't find the link I saved giving the toroid and winding for various wattages and various HF frequencies.

I remember I got the link off eHam, but I can't find the thread the link is in.

Looking for any help finding that site or for the toroid and coax to make one.  I remember finding that Mouser stocks the toroid and coax.  But, I don't remember the toroid model number and don't remember the specific coax.
