My wife's St. Jude Merlin pacemaker information states there are no known issues with Amateur Radio use.  The manufacturer's statement is a bit open-ended in my opinion.

I am requesting any actual observations anyone may have with pacemaker interference with their radios and what, if anything, were the effects and solutions.  I appreciate well-wishing directions to speak to the doctor and manufacturer, but I have done this.  I am requesting actual experience with transmitting in the home with someone who has a pacemaker.

The Merlin pacemaker transmits data daily to a receiver plugged into the telephone line.  I am also concerned about overloading/damaging the receiver.

Helpful actual observations are appreciated.

Thanks,
Ken
