Someday, no doubt, someone will teach his dog Morse code.

If they can teach gorillas to use ASL (American Sign Language) and they can teach a parrot to communicate, not just talk (re: "Alex & Me"), I figure we can get dolphins to use morse code. 

They'd probably have better fists than some ops I hear on the air.

They told us at Devens they taught a chimp to copy code.  It was when they tried to teach him to copy with a mill that he went nuts. 

I found this unbelievable until they "taught" me how to use a mill and took my typing ability from 85WPM down to 25WPM. 

I doubt if they even considered the fact that a chimp doesn't having thumbs might have also been a factor!  ;-)
